How do you ensure the freshness of my order?

All Carian's products are packaged in climate-controlled environments and shipped using thermal-insulating materials to ensure they arrive at your door in peak condition.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery zones to more international locations soon.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

Are your products suitable for those with allergies?

While many of our products do not contain nuts or gluten, all items are processed in a facility that handles wheat, soy, milk, and tree nuts. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page.

Can I include a personalized gift message?

Yes! During the checkout process, you will have the option to add a custom gift message that we will print on a premium card and include inside your package.
